My name is Bill Duong and I am involved in a very special program that raises money for Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
Every year at Hudson's Bay High School, 12 senior guys are selected by the students and the teachers to join together and
raise money for Deornbecher. This is the Mr. Hudson's Bay program and I am one of the contestants. The money that we work
hard to raise goes towards providing premier medical treatment for the critically ill children in our region.
Hudson's Bay High School has built up an invaluable reputation and our school is known to be one of the top contributers to
Doernbecher Children's Hospital. In fact, last year's contestants raised $140,000 that year alone. All together Hudson's
Bay has given over $600,000 to the hospital.
Doernbecher's has shown it's appreciation by naming a hallway the Eagle Wing, in honor of our mascot. This site is set up
to give out information on what this program is, what we are currently involved with, and how you can help out. Doernbecher
is an amazing hospital and is one of the premier treatment centers in the entire region. Doernbecher treats for 85% of
the region's cancer patients and regularly see's over 45,000 different patients each year from Oregon and Southwest Washington.
